- Get ready all ingredients
- Separate egg yolks and whites,beat egg yolks,also add sugar while beating,beat till it becomes creamy and double in Volume
- Add vanilla essence,and egg yolks mix with soft hands
- Sieve and mix dry ingredients
- Now mix dry ingredients into eggs mixture and mix them in clockwise direction with very soft hands,don't over mix,grease mould pour mixture in it,tap mold twice,pre heat pateela for 15 minutes then put mold in it and bake for 25 minutes on low flame
- Take out mold and let it cool on room temperature,cut it in slices,and soak it with pineapple juice, similarly make 2nd sponge
- Now crush dark chocolate add cream in it,put it on double boiler and melt it,let it cool on room temperature
- Now apply this ganache on first layer of cake put cocktail chunks put second slice and similarly cover full cake with ganache, make it level with spatula
